1. PARTIES
This Agreement is between:
CredifyPro Credit Counseling and Education
(Hereinafter referred to as “CredifyProâ€)
and

Hereinafter referred to as the “Credit Manager / DSAâ€.
2. PURPOSE OF THIS AGREEMENT
The purpose of this Agreement is to define the working relationship between CredifyPro and the Credit Manager /
DSA for providing credit-related analysis and support services to clients introduced by the Credit Manager / DSA.
The Credit Manager / DSA understands that CredifyPro provides professional credit-analysis and support services
and does not guarantee loan approval, credit-score improvement, dispute acceptance, or any specific financial
outcome.
3. CREDIFYPRO SERVICES
Depending on the selected case, CredifyPro may provide:
1. Credit Report Analysis
2. Full Credit Audit
3. Credit Issue Identification
4. Personalized Solution Plan
5. Loan Eligibility / Readiness Analysis
6. Credit Dispute Support
7. Related credit-report interpretation and documentation support
The exact services applicable to a particular client will depend on the case and the information/documents available.
4. ROLE OF THE CREDIT MANAGER / DSA
The Credit Manager / DSA may:
â— Introduce clients to CredifyPro.
â— Collect required information/documents from the client.
â— Coordinate communication between the client and CredifyPro where required.
â— Submit authorized client cases to CredifyPro.
â— Provide accurate information supplied by the client.
â— Coordinate follow-up with the client.
â— Receive CredifyPro reports for legitimate service-related purposes.
â— Explain the service process to the client without making unauthorized promises or guarantees.
The Credit Manager / DSA shall not represent themselves as an employee, legal representative, government
authority, credit bureau representative, or authorized representative of any bank/NBFC unless separately authorized
in writing.
5. CLIENT AUTHORIZATION & CONSENT
The Credit Manager / DSA acknowledges that client information and credit-report information must be provided to
CredifyPro only for an authorized and legitimate service purpose.
The Credit Manager / DSA agrees to obtain the required client authorization/consent before submitting the client's
personal information, credit report, financial information, or supporting documents to CredifyPro.
The Credit Manager / DSA shall not knowingly submit:
â— A credit report belonging to another person without authorization.
â— False or altered documents.
â— Information obtained through unauthorized access.
â— Information for a purpose not communicated to the client.
The Credit Manager / DSA shall maintain reasonable evidence of the client's authorization and provide it to
CredifyPro when required.
6. CLIENT DATA RESPONSIBILITY
The Credit Manager / DSA understands that client information may include personal and financial information such
as:
â— Name
â— Mobile number
â— PAN, where necessary
â— Address, where necessary
â— Credit report information
â— Loan information
â— Credit-card information
â— Supporting documents, where necessary
â— Dispute-related information
The Credit Manager / DSA agrees to provide only information reasonably required for the selected service.
Unnecessary personal information should not be collected or shared with CredifyPro.
7. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
The Credit Manager / DSA shall make reasonable efforts to ensure that information submitted to CredifyPro is
accurate and belongs to the relevant client.
CredifyPro may request clarification, additional documentation, or verification where information is incomplete,
inconsistent, unclear, or requires verification.
CredifyPro will not knowingly rely on fabricated, altered, or misleading information.
8. CONFIDENTIALITY
The Credit Manager / DSA shall maintain confidentiality of:
â— Client personal information
â— Credit reports
â— Credit Audit Reports
â— Solution Plans
â— Dispute-related information
â— CredifyPro internal processes
â— Pricing, commercial information, and internal documents
â— Login credentials or access information
Such information shall not be unnecessarily disclosed, copied, forwarded, published, sold, or shared with
unauthorized persons.
9. CREDIT REPORT HANDLING
Credit reports and related documents received from clients must be treated as confidential information.
The Credit Manager / DSA shall:
â— Use reports only for the authorized client/service purpose.
â— Avoid unnecessary downloading or duplication.
â— Not publish or publicly share credit reports.
â— Not upload another person's report without authorization.
â— Not use one client's report for another client's case.
â— Not alter the contents of a credit report.
â— Not represent a credit report as an official document issued by CredifyPro.
10. CREDIFYPRO DATA PROCESSING
For providing the selected services, CredifyPro may process client information through its operational systems and
authorized technology infrastructure.
Depending on the workflow, processing may involve:
â— n8n automation
â— Document processing
â— Google Drive or other controlled storage
â— AI-assisted analysis using OpenAI and/or Gemini
â— Report generation
â— Internal case management
The Credit Manager / DSA acknowledges that AI-assisted processing may be used as part of analysis and report
preparation.
AI-generated analysis is subject to the information available in the submitted documents and does not constitute a
guarantee of any financial outcome.
11. DATA MINIMISATION
The Credit Manager / DSA agrees not to submit unnecessary personal information.
Unless specifically required for a case, CredifyPro does not require information such as:
â— Aadhaar
â— Date of Birth
â— Salary information
â— Employment information
â— Photograph
PAN, address, additional bureau reports, bank statements, and supporting documents may be requested only where
reasonably necessary for the specific case/service.
12. DATA RETENTION
CredifyPro's current operational retention period for relevant client case information and credit-report records is
intended to be up to 3 months, subject to applicable legal, contractual, dispute, accounting, security, or other
legitimate requirements.
After the applicable retention period, data may be deleted or otherwise handled in accordance with CredifyPro's
applicable data-retention and deletion procedures.
Retention periods may be updated when required by law, regulation, contractual obligations, or CredifyPro's
documented policies.
13. DATA DELETION
CredifyPro may delete or remove client-related data after the applicable retention period or when deletion is
otherwise appropriate.
The Credit Manager / DSA should also delete unnecessary copies of client documents from their own devices,
personal cloud storage, messaging applications, or other locations once the information is no longer required for the
authorized service purpose, subject to any applicable legal or contractual retention requirements.
14. DATA SECURITY
The Credit Manager / DSA agrees to take reasonable measures to protect client information, including:
â— Not sharing passwords.
â— Not leaving client reports publicly accessible.
â— Not forwarding reports to unauthorized persons.
â— Using reasonable device security.
â— Avoiding public links for sensitive documents.
â— Reporting suspected unauthorized access or data disclosure to CredifyPro promptly.
15. DATA BREACH / UNAUTHORIZED
DISCLOSURE
If the Credit Manager / DSA becomes aware of:
â— Loss of a client report,
â— Unauthorized access,
â— Accidental disclosure,
â— Wrong recipient receiving a report,
â— Unauthorized copying,
â— Account compromise, or
â— Any suspected misuse of client information,
the Credit Manager / DSA should inform CredifyPro as soon as reasonably possible and provide available information
necessary to investigate and contain the incident.
CredifyPro will follow its applicable incident-response and legal/regulatory procedures.
16. DISPUTE SUPPORT
CredifyPro may provide dispute-related guidance or support depending on the case. Where applicable, CredifyPro
may assist with preparation, documentation, communication, or submission-related activities.
However:
â— A dispute outcome is not guaranteed.
â— A bureau/lender may accept or reject a dispute.
â— CredifyPro does not guarantee deletion of accurate information.
â— CredifyPro does not guarantee a specific credit-score increase.
â— No false or misleading dispute should be submitted.
17. LOAN ELIGIBILITY / APPROVAL
CredifyPro may provide credit-readiness or eligibility analysis based on available information. Such analysis does not
constitute a guarantee of:
â— Loan approval
â— Loan amount
â— Interest rate
â— Credit-score increase
â— Credit-card approval
â— Any specific lender decision
Final lending decisions remain with the relevant bank, NBFC, financial institution, or other lender.
18. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
The Credit Manager / DSA shall not use CredifyPro services for:
â— Fraudulent applications
â— Fabricated documents
â— Identity misuse
â— Unauthorized credit-report access
â— False dispute submissions
â— Misrepresentation of CredifyPro
â— Misuse of client information
â— Unauthorized resale or redistribution of CredifyPro reports
â— Any unlawful activity
â— CredifyPro may refuse, suspend, or terminate processing of a case where it reasonably suspects misuse,
fraud, unauthorized access, or unlawful activity.
19. COMMUNICATION & REPORT DELIVERY
CredifyPro may communicate with the Credit Manager / DSA through approved communication channels such as
WhatsApp, email, or other agreed channels. Reports and case information should be shared only with the intended
recipient. The Credit Manager / DSA is responsible for taking reasonable care when forwarding any CredifyPro report
to the client.
20. NO GUARANTEE
The Credit Manager / DSA shall not promise or advertise:
“Guaranteed CIBIL Score Increaseâ€
“Guaranteed Loan Approvalâ€
“Guaranteed Dispute Removalâ€
“100% Loan Approvalâ€
“Guaranteed Settlementâ€
or any similar statement unless expressly authorized and legally permissible.
CredifyPro services are professional analysis and support services, not guarantees of a particular financial result.
21. COMMERCIAL TERMS
Commercial terms, service fees, commissions, payment arrangements, and other financial terms shall be governed
by the applicable CredifyPro quotation, invoice, commercial agreement, or written communication agreed between
the parties.
Any change in commercial terms may be communicated separately.
22. INDEPENDENT RELATIONSHIP
The Credit Manager / DSA operates as an independent business partner/service associate and is not an employee of
CredifyPro unless a separate written employment agreement states otherwise.
Nothing in this Agreement creates an employer-employee relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency
relationship beyond the specific services expressly agreed in writing.
23. TERMINATION
Either party may discontinue the working relationship subject to any outstanding commercial or contractual
obligations.
CredifyPro may suspend or terminate access where there is reasonable evidence of:
â— Data misuse
â— Fraud
â— Unauthorized client information sharing
â— False documentation
â— Repeated violation of this Agreement
â— Misrepresentation of CredifyPro
â— Unlawful activity
Termination does not automatically remove obligations relating to confidentiality, data protection, outstanding
payments, or information already received.
24. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By signing this Agreement, the Credit Manager / DSA confirms that:
â— The information provided during registration is accurate to the best of their knowledge.
â— They understand their responsibility regarding client information.
â— They will obtain appropriate client authorization before submitting client information to CredifyPro.
â— They will use client information only for legitimate and authorized purposes.
â— They will maintain confidentiality.
â— They understand that CredifyPro does not guarantee loan approval or credit-score improvement.
â— They agree to follow the applicable CredifyPro data-handling and service procedures.
25. DECLARATION

understood this Agreement and agree to comply with the responsibilities described above while
working with CredifyPro.
